Is He or She the One?

People often ask this question...
No answer is an incorrect one though.
There are people in this world that have choices and some in the world that do not.
The answer is simple... There is someone out there for everyone.
Often we find ourselves in a relationship that may not be working out and this happens more than us finding ourselves in one that is.
Compatibility is key!
As we get older we tend to find out more and more what we want in a person which brings us to be picky and sometimes a little self-centered. There are those that need love all the time and move on from person to person only to find out later in life that it was time wasted.
Say you have dated a person for a while and you begin to find out little things that he/she may do and it works a small nerve.... This person may or may not be right for you. This is all going to depend on how you really feel about them. The heart knows what it wants and when you find it then you will know. Sometimes we have to overlook the petty things that may push us away from that person. They are only human and we have all learned and think in different ways.
As people we find out that these people we call lovers, partners, significant others etc. are merely just long term friends that we care about deeply.
YES!!! Really!!
A life long companion. Someone to be there for you when you've had a bad day or maybe to share a great story with. These are the people we hold dear to our hearts. The ones we stand with on the front line.
Think about what your friends mean to you. We pick friends who we find attractive, funny, smart etc. Did we ever stop to think that those life long friends are just a part of our life long companionship?
